About the role

  • Account Manager servicing day to day insurance needs and managing renewals for clients in the Personal Lines team. Collaborating with underwriters and leading Assistant Account Managers for client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Servicing the day to day needs of our insureds
  • Managing the execution of all aspects of the client renewal process including obtaining updated information and marketing
  • Managing client relationship ensuring satisfaction
  • Managing and delegating work as needed to Assistant Account Managers
  • Ensuring the completion and accuracy of proposals, binding of coverage, and review of policies

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of relevant experience
  • At least 3 years insurance account management experience with a broker (preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products
  • Excellent verbal and written communications
