About the role

  • Analista de Loyalty responsible for developing strategic partnerships at ALE. Ensuring execution within deadlines and scope for innovative projects in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic projects and partnerships, ensuring execution within deadlines, scope, and quality.
  • Work on structuring, operating, and evolving initiatives and internal processes, including continuous improvements and implementing new solutions.
  • Map requirements, create workflows, track requests, and manage deliveries with internal teams and vendors.
  • Lead testing, validation, and rollout routines for new processes, systems, and features.
  • Monitor KPIs and journey performance, and support data-driven decision making.
  • Produce presentations, executive reports, and process documentation.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of projects and operations by identifying opportunities for enhancement.
  • Collaborate with technology, marketing, operations, and external partners.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (Marketing, Business Administration, or Project Management).
  • Advanced Excel (required).
  • Previous experience in projects and building strategic partnerships.
  • Intermediate English.
  • Experience as a PMO and with loyalty programs will be a plus.
  • Experience in retail, services, or digital product environments will be considered a plus.
  • Planning, organization, and deadline management.
  • Analytical, solution-oriented profile.
  • Clear and concise communication.
  • Proactivity and ownership mindset.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams.
  • Adaptability and a holistic view of the business.
