Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic projects and partnerships, ensuring execution within deadlines, scope, and quality.
Work on structuring, operating, and evolving initiatives and internal processes, including continuous improvements and implementing new solutions.
Map requirements, create workflows, track requests, and manage deliveries with internal teams and vendors.
Lead testing, validation, and rollout routines for new processes, systems, and features.
Monitor KPIs and journey performance, and support data-driven decision making.
Produce presentations, executive reports, and process documentation.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of projects and operations by identifying opportunities for enhancement.
Collaborate with technology, marketing, operations, and external partners.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (Marketing, Business Administration, or Project Management).
Advanced Excel (required).
Previous experience in projects and building strategic partnerships.
Intermediate English.
Experience as a PMO and with loyalty programs will be a plus.
Experience in retail, services, or digital product environments will be considered a plus.
