About the role

  • Product Designer creating intuitive, seamless experiences for corporate travel using AI-driven insights. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design impactful user-centered products.

Responsibilities

  • Design intuitive, seamless experiences that serve the diverse needs of corporate travellers, travel agents, and meeting planners.
  • Partner closely with product managers, engineers, marketers, and sales teams to turn insights into powerful, user-centred products.
  • Ensure products are intuitive, efficient, and impactful for customers through close collaboration, strategic design, and user-driven insights.
  • Own usability and simplicity: Design “Apple-esque” experiences that transform complex booking flows into clear, elegant, and emotionally engaging interactions.
  • Design intelligent, data-driven interfaces leveraging data, market benchmarks, and customer criteria.
  • Build AI-first user journeys that anticipate user intent and minimize friction.
  • Use funnel analytics, conversion metrics, and satisfaction data to improve multiple metrics.
  • Produce timely, high-quality designs that are ready for production in committed project cycles.
  • Organize design process for maximum go-to-market speed, leveraging rapid prototyping.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in product design for B2B or B2C digital products, ideally within complex, data-rich ecosystems.
  • Mastery of design tools such as Figma, Figma Make, Uizard, Lovable, Builder.io, and Maze AI, using them not only for interface design but also for rapid experimentation and validation.
  • Proven experience using AI in UX research — from desk research and note-taking to data synthesis, documentation, and journey mapping.
  • Strong background in usability testing and iterative design, combining qualitative insights with behavioral data to address usability risk and validate design hypotheses.
  • Highly decisive and self-organized, able to prioritize effectively, manage multiple design horizons, and drive execution speed without compromising quality.
  • Analytical and data-literate: Comfortable interpreting funnel metrics, conversion data, and behavioral analytics to inform and justify design decisions.
  • Collaborative and influential: Skilled at advocating for user-centered design within cross-functional teams and aligning diverse stakeholders around usability and design integrity.
  • Excellent written and spoken English, with strong storytelling and documentation abilities (Amazon 6-pager experience is a strong plus).
