About the role
- Product Designer (UX/UI) for a growing SaaS company focusing on internal communication solutions. Collaborating on user experience improvements and product evolution.
Responsibilities
- Support research and benchmarking activities to drive product evolution;
- Create flows, wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes;
- Support hypothesis validation through qualitative testing and user behavior analysis;
- Map user journeys and create flowcharts using tools such as Miro;
- Evolve the interface with a focus on usability and visual consistency;
- Work on componentization and organization of the design system;
- Explore AI tools to optimize the creative process;
- Develop microinteractions and Motion Design elements when applicable;
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering on solution implementation.
Requirements
- Proficiency with the Adobe Suite
- Hands-on experience with prototyping tools
- Experience building digital flows and user journeys
- Knowledge of UX research principles
- Understanding of design systems and visual standardization
- Organized and able to turn requests into structured deliverables
- Availability to work in a hybrid model in Esteio
- Previous experience with SaaS products (a plus)
- Experience applying AI to UI (a plus)
- Experience with Motion Design (a plus)
- Portfolio showcasing real digital interface projects (a plus).
