Responsibilities
Support the analysis of customer data to develop precise target audience strategies
Create reports and dashboards that serve as the basis for strategic decisions
Assist in the planning, implementation and optimization of CRM campaigns — from concept to evaluation
Contribute your own ideas on how we can better leverage our data to delight customers
Work closely with colleagues from Marketing, Retail and Brand teams and learn how data-driven processes function in practice
Requirements
You are a matriculated student (m/f/d) in a business, communications, or IT-related degree program
You have a strong affinity for numbers and an interest in data analysis and reporting
Experience with data analysis or tools like Excel, Power BI or Qlik is a plus
You work in a structured, independent manner and bring creative ideas
Ideally, you are available for at least 6 months starting soon.
