About the role

  • Theater Category Manager for Poly Video Business aiming to drive results in EMEA markets. Managing strategic product growth, business insights, and operational efficiency initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Provide theatre-level thought leadership, deliver strategic product roadmap
  • The Theater Category Manager will be setting the Goals for the Markets, Will be doing the in-quarter Business management.
  • Enabling Markets to deliver on their nos.
  • Pricing Management -Facilitate on Pricing and PFV besides price approvals
  • Customizing, Drive Planning and Execution of 4P plans in “Focus Countries” with markets
  • Driving the growth plans & initiatives with the Markets.
  • Provide Business insights to the Markets.
  • Drive operational efficiency projects.
  • Constant communication and cross collaboration with the Markets.
  • Drives high-impact business plan development that enables the execution of business strategies (e.g., implementing new growth initiatives, reducing costs).
  • Partners with business leaders on a wide range of business issues, including risk management, implementation tactics, and new opportunity development.

Requirements

  • Four-year or Graduate Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
  • Typically, 12+ years of professional experience in areas of Category / Product Management, / Business Management / Marketing Management / Sales Management / Business Planning & Strategy.
  • Demonstrated Management/ Team leadership experience.
  • Superior understanding in domain of Category Management /Product Management / Business management / Strategy & Planning / Sales Management
  • Essential experience of Business planning / multidimensional profiles on Category Business development thru teams
  • AV / Video Room conferencing industry knowledge.
  • Financial planning and modelling skills, comfortable to manage business planning.
  • Knowledge of promotional marketing processes and practices.
  • Negotiation skills and ability to frame the Video Room conferencing product value proposition to customers/partners.
  • Leadership skills and cross functional expertise (sales, supply chain, marketing. Finance, Services)
