About the role

  • Front Desk Manager at largest creative communications agency in Europe based in Berlin. Handling reception duties, event coordination, and customer interactions with a vibrant presence.

Responsibilities

  • You warmly welcome, assist, and inform all visitors, clients, colleagues, subtenants, and co‑workers at our central front desk
  • You attend to requests, act as the primary contact for day‑to‑day needs, among other things, and help bring the on‑site community together
  • You prepare and stock conference rooms, ensure a welcoming atmosphere, and occasionally rearrange furniture
  • You support and manage internal and external meetings, events, and functions
  • You coordinate the telephone switchboard, receive deliveries and refreshments, handle incoming and outgoing mail, coordinate external service providers, and manage requests of all kinds

Requirements

  • Experience in reception, office management, or hospitality
  • Enjoy frequent contact with people, strong communication skills, and a hospitable, guest‑oriented manner
  • Organizational skills, reliability, and the ability to perform under pressure when things get busy
  • Confident user of MS Office, very good German and good English language skills
  • General IT affinity and willingness to quickly learn new applications and tools
