Responsibilities
As a strategist, you advise and lead our clients from the institutional sector (e.g., ministries, public authorities, associations, and public-law bodies).
You analyze target groups and topics and develop core strategic insights from those analyses.
As a sparring partner for the creative team, you prepare creative briefs, support the creative process, and ensure strategy and creative output are in harmony.
You enjoy leading a small team of strategists and supporting their professional development.
You have a strong interest in and the ability to develop efficient user and customer journeys to meaningfully orchestrate channels, formats, and content.
Requirements
Minimum of 7 years’ experience in strategic planning or consulting within a communications agency.
Financial responsibility: experience managing the financials of strategy accounts.
Additional desirable skills: PR strategy, crisis communications, corporate communications, and team leadership.
Strong command of German and English, both written and spoken.
