Revenue Marketing Senior Manager driving leads and revenue for B2B demand generation in SS LATAM at Wellhub. Analyzing pipelines and collaborating with marketing teams in Mexico City.
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for analyzing the SS LATAM B2B pipeline, reviewing channel performance, sales cycles, conversion rates, and other key metrics.
You will lead the development of strategic messaging and stay on top of market and competitor trends, regularly providing insights on how to adapt and reduce risks.
Work closely with cross-functional marketing teams to align on channel strategy and drive enterprise revenue.
Become the expert on the SS LATAM market: understand our segments, industries, and buyer personas, and guide how our marketing efforts support the sales cycle and buyer journey.
Build a predictable pipeline that enables accurate forecasting and scalable growth.
Partner with the SS LATAM Revenue teams to ensure alignment, mutual accountability, and clear visibility into marketing plans and impact.
Engage with executive stakeholders, preparing business cases for resources and budgets that influence multiple markets and teams.
Analyze data to generate insights and market intelligence that inform strategy and decision-making.
Requirements
5+ years of demand/lead generation experience in a B2B environment.
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to make quick decisions and build strong relationships. Able to adapt communication to different audiences and seniority levels.
Solid understanding of sales cycles and inbound pipelines.
Highly data-driven, with a focus on objective, evidence-based decision-making.
Experience in both digital and offline marketing, including CRM, nurture flows, content, events/field marketing, and trade shows.
Strategic thinker with the ability to prioritize, solve problems, and see the big picture. Comfortable working independently, navigating ambiguity, and executing quickly.
Uses OKRs and data to measure and guide performance.
Native Spanish speaker with strong English proficiency.
