About the role

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve business goals and drive growth.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Google Ads, social media, display advertising, etc.).
  • Identify and implement growth marketing tactics to increase customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value (using digital media, SEO, email, direct mail, outbound channels).
  • Use analytics and data insights to inform marketing strategies and optimize campaign performance.
  • Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Lead projects from planning through delivery by coordinating teams, managing risks and resources to achieve successful, on‑time results.
  • Work closely with product, sales, and other marketing teams to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing efforts.
  • Develop and manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to enhance return on investment.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies.
  • Provide regular performance reports and insights to senior leadership, highlighting important data and actionable recommendations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 7+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on paid media and growth marketing.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Qlik, other data visualization tools).
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
