Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve business goals and drive growth.
Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Google Ads, social media, display advertising, etc.).
Identify and implement growth marketing tactics to increase customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value (using digital media, SEO, email, direct mail, outbound channels).
Use analytics and data insights to inform marketing strategies and optimize campaign performance.
Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Lead projects from planning through delivery by coordinating teams, managing risks and resources to achieve successful, on‑time results.
Work closely with product, sales, and other marketing teams to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing efforts.
Develop and manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to enhance return on investment.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies.
Provide regular performance reports and insights to senior leadership, highlighting important data and actionable recommendations.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
7+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on paid media and growth marketing.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns.
Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Qlik, other data visualization tools).
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
