Responsibilities
End-to-end Recruitment & Selection: Participate in all stages, from opening the vacancy and screening to the final interview and sending the offer letter, ensuring the best possible candidate experience.
Digital Transformation and Processes: Act as a change agent by proposing and implementing automations that eliminate manual work and bring agility to the department.
Continuous Improvement: Support the restructuring of internal policies and the creation of smarter, more efficient workflows.
Stakeholder Interface: Serve as the consultative point of contact for hiring managers and as attentive support for our candidates.
Requirements
Must be enrolled in a university program in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field;
Minimum availability for a 1-year internship contract;
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills;
Experience with recruitment and selection is a plus;
Availability to work Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM (hybrid model);
Reside in Campinas or in nearby easily accessible areas.
