About the role

  • Account Manager driving client success through strategic communications and integrated marketing in Asia. Building relationships and mentoring teams while collaborating across media and markets.

Responsibilities

  • Build strong, influential relationships with media, analysts, and influencers, and lead standout interviews, briefings, and pitching moments that put clients in the spotlight.
  • Craft impactful content — from press releases and Q&As to bylines and communication plans — in English and/or Chinese, shaping stories that resonate across markets.
  • Lead integrated marketing communications (IMC) programs, blending earned, owned, paid, social, digital, and content streams into cohesive campaigns that drive measurable client outcomes across the region.
  • Analyze market and sector trends across Asia to deliver sharp insights that strengthen strategy, performance, and cross-market alignment
  • Operate as a trusted advisor on regional hub accounts — managing day-to-day priorities, budgets, and multi-market coordination while ensuring exceptional delivery in fast-moving environments.
  • Partner with senior leaders on strategic growth opportunities, contribute bold ideas to regional pitches, and help expand client programs across markets.
  • Mentor junior teammates, fostering an accountable, collaborative, and growth-oriented culture where everyone levels up together.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Public Relations, Advertising, Marketing, Integrated Communications, Journalism, Linguistics, or a related discipline
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience, preferably within a PR or integrated communications agency
  • Proven experience running multi-channel or integrated campaigns (IMC) across earned, owned, paid, social, and digital platforms.
  • Hands-on experience supporting Southeast Asia markets or coordinating regional hub accounts is a strong advantage.
  • Interest in technology, fintech, or corporate communications portfolios, and the ability to translate complex topics into clear, compelling narratives.
  • Exceptional writing and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Chinese or Bahasa Malaysia is an added advantage
  • Strong passion for digital and social media communications, with an understanding of evolving online landscapes
  • Entrepreneurial, curious, and resourceful, with a proactive approach to learning, problem-solving, and delivering work that makes an impact.
