Responsibilities
Order entry: You are responsible for creating, maintaining and documenting orders in the system (Microsoft Navision).
Day-to-day support: You work closely with our Key Account Managers to ensure all information is complete and correctly recorded in the system.
Quality check: You ensure that data is clean and complete — precision is your middle name.
Teamwork: You actively contribute, help streamline processes, and learn a lot about sales workflows in an international company.
Requirements
Study program that fits: You are a registered student, e.g. in Business Administration, Business Information Systems, Logistics or a comparable degree program.
Organized & reliable: You like things to be structured and have a good eye for accuracy.
Digitally fit: You are proficient with Office tools and curious about systems like Microsoft Dynamics NAV.
Team spirit & communication: You participate actively, ask questions when something is unclear, and enjoy contributing to joint successes.
Availability: You are regularly available at least 2 days per week and want to apply your theoretical knowledge in real business practice.
