About the role

  • Internship in Sales & Customer Success at Höme, a festival service company. Communicating with partners and managing relationships within a creative environment.

Responsibilities

  • You are the interface between Höme and our partners: from the first contact through proposal processes to implementation and the ongoing management of collaborations.
  • You will learn how sales and customer relationship management work in a creative environment.
  • Your role is to maintain our existing partnerships, identify new ones, and help shape how we can better support festival organizers and other events.
  • Customer Success Management: You are the primary contact for our partners and support them in getting the most out of our tools for their event.
  • Database maintenance: You ensure our information is up to date, clean, and well organized.
  • Research: You identify new and relevant events that could be a good fit for us.
  • Support & tools: You will work with tools such as Intercom, Zendesk and, of course, email.
  • On-site support: When needed, you will occasionally be on-site at events and support our team at entry/check-in.
  • Reporting & analysis: You help analyze feedback and data so we can continue to improve.

Requirements

  • You are currently in vocational training or studying Business Administration, Communications, Media or a related field.
  • You enjoy communication, organization and working independently.
  • You can express yourself well—both verbally and in writing—and always find the right tone.
  • You have a structured way of working and a good sense for people.
  • Ideally, you have some first experience in sales or customer support.
  • We prefer applicants based in Berlin and the surrounding area to enable both remote work and collaboration in the office.
  • It is important to us that you are fluent in German, both written and spoken.
