Responsibilities
Develop our strategic marketing agenda together with Sales, Revenue & operational Marketing — always with the aim of advancing the brand to be visible, modern & unmistakable.
Own our CRM strategy: improve data quality, refine segments, build automation, manage campaigns and make technical setups shine.
Design and launch a guest loyalty program — turning guests into true Platzl fans.
Strengthen our digital presence through clever online marketing, customer journeys and data-driven optimizations.
Connect people, systems & ideas: you will hold the interfaces between Marketing, IT, Revenue & hotel operations together so everything works seamlessly.
Drive our digital tools & systems forward in collaboration with our Head of Digitalisation.
Take on project management for strategic marketing & digital projects — structured, reliable and with Munich-style ease.
Requirements
Degree in Marketing and several years of experience in strategic marketing (hotel industry experience is a plus).
Strong CRM skills and enthusiasm for systems, data, automation, and an understanding of digital infrastructure.
Business acumen and experience building loyalty programs — ideally in hotels or F&B.
Desire for continuous development — professionally and personally, driven by curiosity.
Very good German and English skills to communicate effectively both internally and externally.
