About the role

  • Strategic Marketing & CRM Manager enhancing brand positioning and digital strategies at Platzl Hotels. Leading CRM strategy and guest loyalty programs to strengthen market presence in Munich.

Responsibilities

  • Develop our strategic marketing agenda together with Sales, Revenue & operational Marketing — always with the aim of advancing the brand to be visible, modern & unmistakable.
  • Own our CRM strategy: improve data quality, refine segments, build automation, manage campaigns and make technical setups shine.
  • Design and launch a guest loyalty program — turning guests into true Platzl fans.
  • Strengthen our digital presence through clever online marketing, customer journeys and data-driven optimizations.
  • Connect people, systems & ideas: you will hold the interfaces between Marketing, IT, Revenue & hotel operations together so everything works seamlessly.
  • Drive our digital tools & systems forward in collaboration with our Head of Digitalisation.
  • Take on project management for strategic marketing & digital projects — structured, reliable and with Munich-style ease.

Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing and several years of experience in strategic marketing (hotel industry experience is a plus).
  • Strong CRM skills and enthusiasm for systems, data, automation, and an understanding of digital infrastructure.
  • Business acumen and experience building loyalty programs — ideally in hotels or F&B.
  • Desire for continuous development — professionally and personally, driven by curiosity.
  • Very good German and English skills to communicate effectively both internally and externally.
  • A personable manner that fits our Platzl family.
  • Organizational talent, quick comprehension and enjoyment of cross-functional collaboration.
  • Communicative, creative, solution-oriented and with a genuine Munich-style hands-on mentality.
