About the role

  • CRM Analyst at a Brazilian pet nutrition company managing campaigns and strategies for customer engagement and retention. Focused on driving performance and growth through data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute and optimize multichannel CRM campaigns focused on performance and growth;
  • Develop, maintain and evolve relationship funnels, automated flows and personalized journeys with a focus on conversion, retention and repurchase;
  • Manage the full lifecycle of CRM initiatives, ensuring direct impact on the business's strategic KPIs;
  • Create and manage advanced segmentations based on behavioral, transactional and customer lifecycle data;
  • Monitor and analyze key indicators (conversion, retention, LTV, churn, CAC, ROI), transforming data into actionable insights and execution plans;
  • Conduct A/B tests, experiments and continuous hypothesis validation to drive incremental and scalable performance gains;
  • Manage the customer base and evolve growth strategies for the loyalty program, defining engagement actions, segmentation, benefits and mechanics to boost retention, purchase frequency, average order value and LTV;
  • Plan and execute CRM campaigns and communications integrated with the loyalty program;
  • Evaluate the loyalty program's performance using KPIs such as enrollment, activation, engagement, recurrence, LTV and churn;
  • Act as a technical reference in CRM, growth and loyalty;
  • Orchestrate deliveries with internal teams, product, technology and partners;
  • Anticipate opportunities for growth, efficiency and monetization of the customer base;
  • Oversee CRM, automation and data platforms, ensuring performance, scalability and strategic use.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field;
  • Solid experience in CRM, marketing automation and growth strategies;
  • Practical knowledge of loyalty programs, engagement strategies and retention models;
  • Required: intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and Marketing Cloud;
  • Experience with BI tools;
  • Preferred: knowledge of SQL, AI, English language proficiency and a postgraduate degree in the area;
  • Availability to work on-site;
  • Resident of São Paulo/SP.
