About the role

  • Intern in Sales & Customer Success at Höme, supporting festival partnerships and managing customer relations in a dynamic environment. Focused on communication, organization, and hands-on event support.

Responsibilities

  • You act as the interface between Höme and our partners: from initial contact and proposal processes to implementation and ongoing cooperation management.
  • You will learn how sales and customer relationship management work in a creative environment.
  • Your tasks include maintaining our existing partnerships, identifying new partners, and helping shape how we can better support festival organizers and other events.
  • Customer Success Management: You are the first point of contact for our partners and support them in getting the most out of our tools for their events.
  • Database maintenance: You ensure our information is up to date, clean, and well organized.
  • Research: You discover new and interesting events that could be a great fit for us.
  • Support & tools: You will work with tools like Intercom, Zendesk, and, of course, email.
  • On-site support: When needed, you will occasionally be on-site at events and support our team at entrances.
  • Reporting & analysis: You assist in analysing feedback and data so we can continue to improve.

Requirements

  • You are currently in vocational training or enrolled in a degree program in business administration, communications, media, or a related field.
  • You enjoy communication, organisation and working independently.
  • You can express yourself well both verbally and in writing and always find the right tone.
  • You have a structured way of working and a good sense for people.
  • Ideally, you have some first experience in sales or customer support.
  • We prefer applicants based in Berlin or the surrounding area so you can work remotely and also come into the office as needed.
  • It is important to us that you are fluent in German, both spoken and written.
