About the role
- Process Quality Senior Professional enhancing global order-to-delivery processes. Partnering with teams to optimize workflows and support compliance requirements.
Responsibilities
- Analyze existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
- Support global certification efforts for our management systems
- Develop, document, and implement optimized processes aligned with business goals
- Establish and monitor KPIs for process quality and provide actionable insights to management
- Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methods
- Ensure compliance with internal quality standards, regulations, and certification requirements
- Provide process-related training and support to employees across the organization
- Collaborate with IT and other teams to enable process automation and digital enhancements
- Conduct root cause analyses and implement corrective actions for process-related issues
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, or similar; Master’s is a plus
- 5+ years’ experience in process analysis, process quality, or continuous improvement in a multinational environment
- Proven expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, BPM, or other process improvement methodologies (certifications preferred)
- Strong analytical capabilities and experience working with complex data
- Proficiency with process mapping and project management tools (e.g., Visio, ARIS, Lucidchart)
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong understanding of quality management systems and regulatory compliance requirements
- Experience in dealing with certification of management systems (e.g. IOS 9001) welcome
- Role requires availability for international travel of approx. 25% or more, depending on business needs
