Responsibilities
Analyze existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
Support global certification efforts for our management systems
Develop, document, and implement optimized processes aligned with business goals
Establish and monitor KPIs for process quality and provide actionable insights to management
Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methods
Ensure compliance with internal quality standards, regulations, and certification requirements
Provide process-related training and support to employees across the organization
Collaborate with IT and other teams to enable process automation and digital enhancements
Conduct root cause analyses and implement corrective actions for process-related issues
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, or similar; Master’s is a plus
5+ years’ experience in process analysis, process quality, or continuous improvement in a multinational environment
Proven expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, BPM, or other process improvement methodologies (certifications preferred)
Strong analytical capabilities and experience working with complex data
Proficiency with process mapping and project management tools (e.g., Visio, ARIS, Lucidchart)
Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and managing multiple projects simultaneously
Strong understanding of quality management systems and regulatory compliance requirements
Experience in dealing with certification of management systems (e.g. IOS 9001) welcome
Role requires availability for international travel of approx. 25% or more, depending on business needs
