Senior Consultant in IT Service Engineering for a growing consulting company. Involves improvement of Service Management processes and project leadership for clients.
Responsibilities
Provide consulting and, where necessary, assume (partial) project leadership for client projects to establish or improve service management for specific IT services.
Identify the organizational challenges of our clients and jointly develop tailored solutions to adapt existing service management processes.
Carry out roll-out planning related to service delivery for new services and establish or optimize service provider management and governance.
Further develop our consulting offering by contributing your experience and introducing new methods.
Requirements
At least three years of project and/or consulting experience in ITSM.
Good understanding of frameworks such as ITIL, COBIT or SIAM.
Familiarity with the challenges at the interface between IT and the business.
Analytical skills to structure complexity and clarify interrelationships, plus the ability to design solutions/concepts and explain them.
Excellent presentation and communication skills in German.
