Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service by adhering to customer entitlements
Install, troubleshoot, service, and maintain equipment at customer sites
Understand the customer's business and competitive environment
Actively participate in team processes and identify training gaps
Complete PMs, FCOs, installation tasks, diagnose and resolve problems
Perform administrative duties within regulatory requirements
Approximately 70% travel across designated geography required
Requirements
2+ years of experience in a diagnostic imaging service environment or 4+ years in electromechanical industries
Ultrasound equipment experience preferred
Ability to understand and apply electronic, mechanical, and networking theory
Associate degree in electronics or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Must be able to perform Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodations
