Responsibilities
Independently repair, install and maintain payment and banking systems at customer sites
Work closely with product management and support
Analyze, resolve and document software and hardware issues
Act as a competent point of contact for our customers and your colleagues
Provide customer briefings and training after new installations
Install and configure software and hardware following different migration strategies
Requirements
Successfully completed technical vocational training (e.g., mechatronics technician, electronics technician for devices and systems or automation technology, IT specialist for system integration, IT systems electrician, or a comparable qualification in electromechanics)
First experience in field service is desirable
Valid Class B driving license (car)
IT knowledge in operating systems and networks is an advantage
Enjoy working with people
Persuasiveness and customer-oriented thinking
High willingness to travel and be deployed (overnight hotel stays are rare)
Reliability, communication and teamwork skills
