About the role
- Senior Consultant optimizing IT operations for a diverse range of clients in a consulting firm. Leading assessments of IT organizations and mentoring junior consultants.
Responsibilities
- Together with our clients, you optimize IT operations to ensure IT is stable, efficient, and aligned with business needs.
- Analyze and assess the IT organization (including IT infrastructure, operations, and IT service management) to identify strengths and weaknesses.
- Evaluate the latest technologies and market tools and determine how they can improve the client’s existing processes.
- Optionally provide technical leadership and mentor junior consultants in joint projects.
Requirements
- Completed degree and at least three years of project and/or consulting experience in IT operations.
- Solid understanding of common frameworks and best practices such as ITIL, and a strong sense for the interface between IT and the business.
- Analytical mindset to structure complexity and clarify interdependencies, along with high self-motivation and a conscientious working style.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills (German — business fluent).
