About the role

Responsibilities
- Ensure ongoing maintenance of the housing assets in compliance with regulatory requirements
- Manage emergency situations related to the safety of property and people
- Lead major maintenance and component replacement projects on existing assets
- Represent Alpes Isère Habitat with partners and contractors involved in operations
- Provide occasional support to the works unit of the Operations Directorate
- Commission and coordinate preliminary studies necessary to define project programs
- Ensure compliance with the Multiannual Investment Plan and the initial technical-financial diagnosis
- Participate in pre-construction consultations with tenants and tenant associations
- Ensure full closure of projects (technical, administrative, financial and legal)
Requirements
- Master's degree (Bac+5) in building engineering or thermal engineering
- Minimum 5 years' significant experience in structuring real estate/construction projects
- Multidisciplinary knowledge in the building/construction field
- Broad and forward-looking perspective on the various aspects of managing construction projects
- Good knowledge of the legal and financial aspects of project structuring and public procurement law
- Proficiency with digital tools required for project management
- Ability to lead complex projects
- Strong knowledge of and curiosity about technical developments in the professional field
- Ability to lead teams and run meetings
- Strong negotiation and compromise skills
- Ability to assess short- and medium-term risks according to the stakes
- Ability to work autonomously
- Driving license (category B) required
