Responsibilities
Identify and pursue aftermarket sales opportunities with existing customers and new prospects
Prepare quotations for components and parts
Coordinate and communicate within the organization to achieve and exceed sales goals
Maintain strong customer relationships
Collaborate closely with technical support and sales colleagues to drive growth and customer satisfaction
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
At least two years of proven customer service or sales experience
Self-starter with a results-driven mindset
Technical background preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Detail orientation
Strong organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SAP
Bilingual in Spanish is preferred
