About the role

  • Pre-Arrival Marketing Representative contacting Hilton Grand Vacations guests before their stay to offer services. Inviting eligible individuals to attend a qualified timeshare presentation during their stay.

Responsibilities

  • receiving pre arrival allocations of upcoming arrivals of Hilton Grand Vacations Club Members, renters and all qualified customers staying on property.
  • Calls will be made to these assigned leads before they arrive offering customer/marketing services and inviting all arrivals that are eligible on a qualified timeshare sales presentation during their stay.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • 1 year of Vacation Ownership or Timeshare sales and marketing experience.
  • 6 months of vacation ownership telephonic sales and/ or marketing.
  • Proven experience with high volume, outbound and inbound call handling.
  • Able to work a flexible schedule to include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Able to speak on the phone for long periods of time
  • Engaging personality and positive attitude.
