Pre-Arrival Marketing Representative contacting Hilton Grand Vacations guests before their stay to offer services. Inviting eligible individuals to attend a qualified timeshare presentation during their stay.
Responsibilities
receiving pre arrival allocations of upcoming arrivals of Hilton Grand Vacations Club Members, renters and all qualified customers staying on property.
Calls will be made to these assigned leads before they arrive offering customer/marketing services and inviting all arrivals that are eligible on a qualified timeshare sales presentation during their stay.
Requirements
High School diploma or equivalent.
1 year of Vacation Ownership or Timeshare sales and marketing experience.
6 months of vacation ownership telephonic sales and/ or marketing.
Proven experience with high volume, outbound and inbound call handling.
Able to work a flexible schedule to include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Able to speak on the phone for long periods of time
