About the role

  • Customer Service Representative supporting daily store operations for H&S Energy. Responsible for cashiering, maintaining store presentation, and fostering a positive customer environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support daily store operations while upholding the company’s commitment to exceptional customer service
  • Responsible for cashiering, maintaining store presentation, ensuring food and beverage quality
  • Create a positive experience for every guest through friendly interactions, product knowledge, and efficient service
  • Greet all customers with enthusiasm and professionalism
  • Deliver friendly, efficient, and accurate service at checkout
  • Follow the company’s Four Steps of Customer Service to achieve outstanding customer satisfaction
  • Communicate current promotions, loyalty programs, and product recommendations
  • Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately for all transactions
  • Stock shelves, coolers, and displays to ensure products are organized
  • Maintain cleanliness of the entire facility

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in retail, food service, or customer-facing roles preferred
  • Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash-handling procedures
  • CPR and First Aid training a plus
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
