Responsibilities
Greet all customers with enthusiasm and professionalism
Deliver friendly, efficient, and accurate service at checkout

Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately for all transactions
Ensure correct change is given, receipts are issued, and refunds or exchanges are processed
Stock shelves, coolers, and displays to ensure products are organized
Prepare and maintain all self-serve and ready-to-eat food and beverage stations
Maintain cleanliness of the entire facility
Adhere to the station’s shift duties checklist for assigned shifts
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience in retail, food service, or customer-facing roles preferred
Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash-handling procedures
CPR and First Aid training a plus
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
