Service Technician/ Electronics Specialist providing on-site technical support for inspection devices in Germany. Conducting maintenance, repairs, and customer training with flexible travel requirements.
Responsibilities
Install and commission our inspection devices and provide on-site technical support at customer locations
Perform inspections, repairs and modifications on existing devices and machinery
Diagnose technical faults and resolve them quickly and independently
Instruct customers on the operation and maintenance of our systems and support them in day-to-day use
Coordinate service calls, spare parts and technical queries with internal departments and customers
Represent our company to customers — primarily within Germany, occasionally in Europe and rarely worldwide
Requirements
You have completed training as an electronics technician or hold an equivalent technical qualification with relevant professional experience
You work independently, in a structured way and with a high standard of quality
You demonstrate a friendly manner, empathy and intercultural competence
You are flexible and open to changing assignments — nationally and occasionally internationally
You have good English skills, especially in technical contexts
You are reliable, communicative and enjoy collaborating with customers and colleagues
