Responsibilities

  • Delivery planning & execution: Planning, coordination and documentation of deliveries, as well as monitoring the entire process.
  • Event & trade show organization: Support in planning, preparing and executing trade shows and events; ensuring that all organizational steps are completed.
  • Collaboration with external marketing partners: Coordinating meetings, preparing briefings and overseeing timely implementation.
  • Assistant and administrative tasks: Supporting internal management with structuring, maintaining and creating lists, documents and meetings.
  • Customer support: Acting as a point of contact for existing customers. This includes handling inquiries and ensuring a professional, service-oriented exchange.

Requirements

  • Professional experience: You have already gained professional experience in a comparable environment (min. 1–2 years in a similar role).
  • Organizational skills: You are reliable, structured and able to keep an overview; you work proactively and know how to set the right priorities.
  • Initiative: You want to help shape things and don’t wait to be told what to do. You not only contribute ideas but drive them forward independently.
  • Language skills: Very good German language skills, spoken and written (C2 level).
  • CRM knowledge: Experience working with CRM systems (ideally HubSpot).
