Responsibilities
Strategic management, expansion and further development of existing customer relationships in the Modern Workplace area
Analysis of business and technical customer requirements and development of appropriate solution concepts
Planning and implementation of account strategies with clear goals and value orientation
Responsible for the entire sales cycle – from need identification through workshops and proposal phases to closing
Identification of cross- and upselling potential across other solution areas
Close collaboration with our colleagues from IT Consulting and Service Delivery Management
Ensuring a consistent, high-quality customer journey
Requirements
Strong technical understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem and experience positioning Modern Workplace solutions
Experience in consultative sales of complex IT, cloud, or digital workplace solutions, ideally complemented by business development experience
Ability to understand and structure technical requirements and translate them into tailored customer solutions together with experts
Confident presence and strong communication and negotiation skills at executive decision-maker level
Experience with agile working methods (e.g., Scrum, Kanban)
High customer and service orientation and a strong commitment to quality
Very good German and English skills (at least C1)
