Responsibilities
Analyze digital content performance to guide strategy and accelerate growth of membership programs
Manage and maintain weekly and monthly reports across content and publishing verticals
Support marketing campaign analytics and attribution modeling
Build and update dashboards that communicate performance trends to cross-functional partners
Collaborate with brand teams and internal stakeholders to develop data-informed solutions that improve the member experience
Streamline operations by implementing tools and processes for the Memberships team
Produce ad-hoc analyses and business reports to support strategic decisions
Requirements
2+ years of experience in business/marketing analysis, digital subscriptions, e-commerce, or marketing operations
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets; experience with Google Analytics required
Comfortable working with large datasets and aggregating complex data
Naturally curious and solution-oriented, with a drive for continuous improvement
Strong communication and collaboration skills across functions and teams
Familiarity with business intelligence tools such as Looker, Tableau, or similar
Experience with SQL a plus
Understanding of media and e-commerce performance metrics throughout the funnel
