Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Minimum of 6 years in Property & Casualty insurance
Strong focus on Commercial Lines and agency-facing roles
CIC, CPCU, or other professional designations preferred
Deep knowledge of underwriting, rating, and agency management
Valid driver's license and ability to meet our fleet safety standards
