Responsibilities
- Responsible for the smooth operation of our internal IT systems
- Setup and management of work devices via our MDM system
- Technical first-level support (ticketing system, remote access)
- Conducting onboarding and offboarding in close coordination with HR
- Implementation and enforcement of IT security policies
- Automation and optimization of IT processes
- Documentation and inventory management of IT infrastructure
- Close collaboration with external IT partners
Requirements
- Completed vocational training or degree in IT, or an equivalent qualification
- Solid knowledge of cloud environments (Microsoft 365, Azure AD / Okta) and Mobile Device Management
- Experience in Windows and macOS administration, as well as software deployment, patch management, and endpoint security
- Structured, independent working style with a strong service orientation
- Very good German and good English language skills, and the motivation to actively help shape our IT department
