About the role

  • Executive Communications Manager at Hewlett Packard Enterprise shaping leadership narratives for the Chief People Officer. Developing communication strategies aligned with HR's objectives and values.

Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with and counsel the CPO and HR Chief of Staff
  • Develop and implement a robust executive communication strategy
  • Act as a day ‑ to ‑ day communications advisor to the Chief People Officer
  • Actively explore and advise on potential external industry engagements
  • Develop speeches, including keynotes and speaker preparation
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to other HR executive leaders
  • Coordinate deliverables across stakeholders and program owners
  • Continuously refine communication strategies based on feedback

Requirements

  • BA or BS in Communications, Marketing or Business Administration preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in employee communications, journalism, marketing or project/program management
  • Recent experience managing executive communication initiatives
  • General knowledge of Human Resources subject matter is an asset, but not required
  • Proficient command of English (US) language including excellent grammar, composition and proofreading skills
  • Familiarity with content management systems, graphic design software, web/video editing, and social media platforms is a plus
