Senior Customer Success Manager responsible for managing a portfolio of clients in DACH region. Collaborates with various teams to ensure customer satisfaction and onboarding success.
Responsibilities
Manage and develop existing customers to ensure they become and remain long-term clients and fully leverage GUURU’s benefits for their business.
Ensure successful onboarding of new customers in collaboration with our Onboarding team and the responsible Sales Account Executive.
Pilot and implement new GUURU products and solutions with existing customers in collaboration with our Product team.
Build and maintain strong, productive relationships with customers' operational stakeholders.
Conduct business reviews with customers' decision-makers, together with our Head of Customer Success and/or CEO.
Provide regular revenue forecasts per customer.
Prepare and prioritize customer insights for product development.
Actively share knowledge and collaborate with all teams at GUURU.
Requirements
Several years of experience in Customer Success and/or Key Account Management.
Experience in a SaaS company is a plus.
Comfortable working with numbers and common business software.
University degree (Bachelor’s or higher).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Native German and fluent English are required; additional languages are a plus.
