  • Own performance management, interview scheduling, and offer documentation
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize recruitment process
  • Analyze recruitment data to identify trends and make recommendations
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and oversee candidate experience initiatives

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in recruiting operations
  • Strong experience utilizing recruiting tools including ATS
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proven project management and organizational skills
  • Comfortable communicating in a multicultural environment
  • Experience with Lever or similar ATS
