About the role

  • Associate Account Executive joining Guardant Health to promote cancer screening technologies. Collaborating with sales leadership to drive early cancer detection with the Shield blood test across primary care settings.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with sales leadership to shape go-to-market strategies
  • Promote the Shield colorectal cancer blood test to healthcare providers
  • Drive early detection of cancer and reduce healthcare costs
  • Build strong relationships with healthcare providers
  • Provide in-depth product knowledge and training to ensure smooth integration
  • Develop and execute business plans for new cancer screening technologies
  • Monitor market trends and customer feedback
  • Maintain exceptional customer service throughout the sales process

Requirements

  • 2+ years in a B2B field-based and customer-facing sales role
  • Preferred: Experience selling medical or healthcare products or services
  • Demonstrated ability to engage in selling conversations
  • Ability to quickly learn and apply technical product knowledge
  • Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce or Veeva
  • Superior negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record
  • Travel Flexibility within assigned territory and for sales meetings
