About the role

  • Field-based Account Executive promoting Shield colorectal cancer blood test to healthcare providers. Collaborating with sales leadership and cross-functional teams to achieve sales goals and improve patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with sales leadership to shape go-to-market strategies
  • Promote the Shield colorectal cancer blood test to healthcare providers
  • Achieve sales targets and meet or exceed sales goals
  • Build strong relationships with healthcare providers
  • Provide in-depth product knowledge and training to primary care practices
  • Work closely with clinical, marketing, and product teams

Requirements

  • 4+ years in a customer-facing sales role within the healthcare industry
  • Experience with diagnostic products, particularly blood-based testing or cancer screening products
  • Demonstrated ability to engage in selling conversations and overcome objections
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare provider landscape
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills
  • Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce, Veeva, or similar
