Responsibilities
Serve as primary point of contact for clients during onboarding and conference support
Develop knowledge of client’s business to provide value-added interactions
Collaborate with Marketing & Sales power contacts for mutual understanding of client’s needs
Support Account Executive in renewal process and identify new revenue opportunities
Conduct client-facing meetings to represent Gartner Conference's service value
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree
5+ years in account management or client success
Strong business acumen
Excellent written and verbal communication skills including presentation skills
Proficiency in the MS Office suite and G-suite
Willingness to travel to 4-8 events a year
Ability to manage multiple deadlines
