About the role

  • Global Client Success Partner managing client relationships and supporting event sponsorships for Gartner. Driving satisfaction and account growth through strategic collaboration and engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary point of contact for clients during onboarding and conference support
  • Develop knowledge of client’s business to provide value-added interactions
  • Collaborate with Marketing & Sales power contacts for mutual understanding of client’s needs
  • Support Account Executive in renewal process and identify new revenue opportunities
  • Conduct client-facing meetings to represent Gartner Conference's service value

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years in account management or client success
  • Strong business acumen
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills including presentation skills
  • Proficiency in the MS Office suite and G-suite
  • Willingness to travel to 4-8 events a year
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines
