Responsibilities
Lead the execution of oncology portfolio strategy aligned to community oncology and specialty GPO networks.
Translate customer insights and analytics into practical account plans and measurable KPIs.
Coordinate cross-functional execution with Brand, Market Access, Medical Affairs, Field, and Commercial Operations.
Guide pilots and test-and-learn initiatives to optimize account engagement and measure outcomes.
Build senior stakeholder alignment and present account performance and recommendations to leaders.
Support the development of team members and partners to strengthen account capabilities and ways of working.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree
5+ years of commercial experience in healthcare, including account management, customer marketing, and institutional/community oncology engagement.
Experience developing and implementing channel-specific strategies in oncology.
