About the role

Responsibilities

  • Assist in leading the restaurant's day-to-day operations

  • Staff scheduling, inventory management, restaurant workflow planning & budgeting
  • Ensure compliance with quality and hygiene standards, including monitoring restaurant KPIs
  • Conduct interviews and select new staff
  • Conduct staff trainings

Requirements

  • You have several years of experience in the hospitality or hotel industry
  • Good German language skills — at least C1 level
  • Experience leading teams
  • You are a motivator and a reliable point of contact for the team
  • An eye for identifying talent
  • Service-oriented work approach
