About the role

  • Webmanager developing and managing national and international corporate websites. Collaborating with internal teams and international branches in a dynamic family business.

Responsibilities

  • Continuous content and technical development of our websites (national and international) in collaboration with internal teams and our global offices
  • Development and ongoing maintenance of a scalable website roadmap (architecture, features, internationalization, integrations)
  • Operational co-management of the PIM subproject "web output": building and expanding required data structures and outputs to the CMS together with the project team, data preparation, data maintenance and interface management
  • Management of internal and external interfaces (agencies) and alignment with internal stakeholders (IT, sales engineering, marketing, HR, executive management, etc.) and international offices
  • Maintenance of the content management system
  • Development, analysis and management of SEO/SEA/GEO measures
  • Analysis and optimization of performance and conversion on our websites and landing pages within the team

Requirements

  • Degree in media, communications, marketing or comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in strategic and operational management of complex corporate websites (ideally in a B2B environment, industry or technical product portfolio)
  • Solid experience working with content management systems (ideally Sulu or comparable enterprise CMS)
  • Experience managing internal stakeholders as well as external agencies and service providers
  • Optional: experience building and evolving data structures in PIM systems
  • Basic knowledge of SEO (on-page/technical/structure), SEA and ideally GEO
  • Experience in web analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, Matomo, or similar) and conversion optimization
  • High degree of personal responsibility and an ownership mentality
  • Structured, analytical way of working
  • Strong communication skills – also in an international environment
  • Ability to translate complex topics into understandable terms (between IT, marketing, product management)
