Responsibilities
Responsible for analyzing website results according to defined KPIs, considering traffic volume, time on site, most-viewed content, number of engagements in simulations and contact requests, as well as patterns of traffic spikes and drops and their related factors;
Support the Commercial Communications team in deliverables and strategies related to the project;
Maintain the Ads strategy, defining campaign themes according to the commercial calendar and mapped opportunities;
Execute paid Ads strategies, including Google keyword bidding and running A/B tests on campaigns;
Define the automated content dispatch flows, such as e-mail marketing campaigns;
Monitor performance indicators for all these initiatives and provide continuous reporting to the Project team.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration or related fields;
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team;
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and other presentation tools;
Experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads;
Experience with RD Station or similar marketing automation tools;
Experience analyzing media performance and interpreting data.
The following will be considered a plus:
Knowledge of agile methodologies and project tracking, including production schedules;
Knowledge of design and production of advertising creatives.
