About the role

  • Analista de Performance Digital no Grupo RBS, analisando resultados de mídia e atuando em estratégias de Ads. Colaborando com a Comunicação Comercial e monitorando indicadores de performance.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for analyzing website results according to defined KPIs, considering traffic volume, time on site, most-viewed content, number of engagements in simulations and contact requests, as well as patterns of traffic spikes and drops and their related factors;
  • Support the Commercial Communications team in deliverables and strategies related to the project;
  • Maintain the Ads strategy, defining campaign themes according to the commercial calendar and mapped opportunities;
  • Execute paid Ads strategies, including Google keyword bidding and running A/B tests on campaigns;
  • Define the automated content dispatch flows, such as e-mail marketing campaigns;
  • Monitor performance indicators for all these initiatives and provide continuous reporting to the Project team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration or related fields;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team;
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and other presentation tools;
  • Experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads;
  • Experience with RD Station or similar marketing automation tools;
  • Experience analyzing media performance and interpreting data.
  • The following will be considered a plus:
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies and project tracking, including production schedules;
  • Knowledge of design and production of advertising creatives.
