Responsibilities
Lead business development between the company and its suppliers, building relationships and negotiating sell-out development plans;
Plan and implement performance strategies for the categories under your responsibility;
Develop business plans aimed at achieving sales and profitability targets;
Monitor the development of new products and negotiate their introduction into the portfolio;
Negotiate commercial agreements, promotional activities and policies for expired products;
Plan and implement procurement strategies, establish agreements and act to resolve commercial conflicts;
Identify new business opportunities and monitor market trends;
Analyze and track performance indicators such as sales, profitability and inventory levels.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Economics, Production Engineering, Foreign Trade, Marketing or related fields;
Previous experience in procurement, category management or trade marketing;
Experience analyzing performance and profitability indicators;
Knowledge of commercial strategies, product portfolio planning and management;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook);
Preferred experience in the retail, pharmaceutical or consumer goods sectors;
Experience in commercial negotiations;
Availability to work in Eldorado do Sul/RS.
