About the role
- Monitor pending billings in the billing queues and the generation of SADT (invoices);
- Compare invoice/account contents with system records;
- Confirm authorization passwords by phone and other electronic means;
- Verify accounts in the billing system;
- Organize documents for submission to the health plan/operator;
- Submit XML files through operators' portals
Requirements
- High school diploma completed or currently enrolled in higher education;
- Experience with healthcare billing processes (SADT authorization, XML submission, billing collection, TUSS codes, TISS, SADT forms);
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
