About the role
- Post codes and procedures according to contracts signed with hospitals.
- Review account content and system records;
- Analyze and send billing statements to hospitals, ensuring compliance with medical requests.
- Validate codes and procedures in accordance with medical orders and current regulations.
- Record services provided in the account;
- Manage outstanding items.
- Enter codes and procedures on hospital accounts.
- Access hospital systems remotely to perform tasks, using platforms such as MV, TASY, RM, among others.
- Handle requests from the receivables/collections department;
- Request tax invoices (Nota Fiscal);
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related fields;
- Previous experience in hospital billing;
- Knowledge of MV, Tasy, RM systems or similar;
- Attention to detail and ability to interpret medical orders;
- Organized and able to work to deadlines;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
