Responsibilities
Lead advanced billing and collections activities by developing financial strategies, analyzing data, interacting with customers, and ensuring regulatory compliance to maintain efficient financial processes, organizational financial health, and high customer satisfaction.
Ensure monthly billing for students is accurate, applying relevant scholarships and discounts.
Configure parameters and perform data entries in internal and external systems related to billing, in agreement with the manager to guarantee correct application of parameters across the institution's products.
Work on developing system improvements and analyze proposed changes that may impact finances or departmental activities.
Deliver training and technical presentations to internal and external stakeholders to ensure correct execution of processes and compliance with applicable regulations and legislation.
Provide clear and effective service to the institution’s various audiences (faculty, students, administrative staff, and external stakeholders) via in-person, telephone, and online channels, ensuring high-quality customer service.
Requirements
University degree (completed).
Experience in billing, preferably in distance education institutions.
Essential knowledge of the Lyceum platform.
Experience in distance education (EaD).
Microsoft Office suite, with emphasis on Excel.
Knowledge of Power BI for dashboard development.
Knowledge of automation and RPA (robotization) processes.
