About the role

  • Sales Consultant at Carbel Auto Group engaging in customer prospection and vehicle sales. Providing consultancy services and managing the sales process in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect clients through leads and appointment scheduling;
  • Assist clients referred by reception, provide consultations based on their needs, present proposals, and close sales;
  • Conduct test drives;
  • Complete vehicle sales and oversee the sales process (verify payment, accessories, bonus letter, appraisal);
  • Monitor the entire vehicle invoicing/billing process;
  • Monitor competitors' commercial practices to identify opportunities for new business.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent;
  • Experience in vehicle sales is a plus;
  • Valid Category B driver's license (CNH) and proven driving experience;
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office;
  • Proactive and dynamic attitude.
