About the role

  • Sales Consultant role to activate beauty salons and perfumeries for Grupo Boticário in Brasil. Requires hybrid work format with communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and activate new salons and perfumery stores, focusing on growth potential and brand alignment;
  • Present the full portfolio, highlighting technical and commercial differentiators by channel;
  • Negotiate, enter, and monitor the order flow, product launches and replenishments;
  • Create and execute Joint Business Plans (JBP) tailored to each client in line with the budget;
  • Plan and conduct visits at strategic frequencies, efficiently covering both channels;
  • Promote training and loyalty among professionals and points of sale through training sessions and dissemination of technical content;
  • Activate commercial cycles and visibility materials focused on accelerating the brand;
  • Ensure correct brand execution at the POS (shelves, secondary placements, DOH);
  • Monitor competitors, key performance indicators and results, proposing corrective actions and opportunities;
  • Collaborate with the education/learning teams to develop professionals in the region.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (completed);
  • Valid Category B driver's license;
  • Availability to work in a hybrid format;
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills;
  • Experience in salon and perfumery channels is a plus.
