Requirements
- Several years of professional experience in Business Development, Corporate Development, or Post-Merger Integration
- Confident handling of balance sheets, P&L statements and relevant financial KPIs
- Analysis and evaluation of business models based on financial data
- Understanding of economic relationships and value-creation logics
- Implementation of change processes in companies
- Strong communication skills and empathy
- Analytical and conceptual thinking
- Structured and independent way of working
- Enthusiasm for collaborative development and continuous improvement
- Willingness to travel within the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland)
- Excellent German and strong English language skills
